World Duathlon Championship

The World Duathlon Championships are this weekend in Newcastle, Australia, and the question on everybody's lips probably is, "Can Benny Vansteelant do a three-fer?"






I have no direct knowledge of his training or performance levels, but when a guy wins the long course world championship and Powerman World Championship, he's definitely at a level way above everybody else.
